Our menu showcases handcrafted flavours, including handmade pork or shiitake mushroom dumplings with spring onion, fresh chilli and soy; creamy burrata with smoked tomatoes, roasted pepper and grilled sourdough; and generous grazing plates featuring house-made duck, star anise and Shiraz pâté, pickles, cured meats and sourdough. Fresh and baked oysters round out the experience, celebrating the ultimate wine and seafood pairing.
