20 May 2022Nick Ryan is one of Australia’s best-known wine writers with his words appearing everywhere from The Australian to The World of Fine Wine.
He’s also well known for having a Seed Clare Valley barstool almost permanently affixed to his backside.
He’s teamed up with Seed’s Guy Parkinson, a man Nick considers his own personal chef, to devise a ‘one night only’ menu packed with their favourite things to eat.
Neither man is known for his restraint so expect an extravagant feast, much of it cooked over fire and matched with some of the Clare Valley’s finest wines and their counterparts from around the world.
Expect ingredients such as Coffin Bay Marron, salt-baked snapper & premium dry-aged meats.
