Craig Atkins is an Adelaide-based (Kaurna Country) songwriter and performer with over 15 years' experience touring nationally. Blending Roots, Blues, Folk and Alt-Country, his earthy sound features acoustic, resonator and lap-slide guitars, cigar box guitar, yidaki (didgeridoo), harmonica and foot percussion. Influenced by artists such as Paul Kelly, Harry Manx, Xavier Rudd and J.J. Cale, Craig's songs move from intimate finger-picked folk to delta blues, foot-stomping roots and DidgeriBlues, exploring themes of life, love and loss. With six self-produced albums and appearances at major festivals across Australia and internationally, Craig Atkins delivers a passionate, honest live performance not to be missed.
