Once a month for New Wine Wednesday, The Rising Sun Hotel is handing over a corner of the Front Bar to a guest winemaker.
Iain Riggs of Riggs and Wiggs Wines joins them in October. He'll be joining them to pour a selection of her wines and have a chat from 5pm to 6pm in the front bar. The tasting is open to everyone.
Afterwards, Iain will join you for a two-course dinner with matched Riggs and Riggs wines. Over dinner, he'll share more about his career, the wines, his approach to winemaking and Riggs and Wiggs, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and talk wine around the table.
Tickets to join the two-course dinner are $75 per person and include some wines from Riggs and Wiggs.
