Dylan has performed around Australia for more than a decade, bringing together vocals, guitar, harmonica and loop pedal with his own interpretations of classic and contemporary songs, alongside original music.
Lunch was made for sharing, the Pruner's Plate brings together ham, country terrine, duck pâté and cheddar with chutney, pickles and Parker rolls.
